Founded in 1979, the Puget Sound
Photographic Collectors Society is a non-profit organization of more
than 200 members. The members have a wide diversity of interests and
expertise. However, we are devoted to the hobby of learning about our
photographic past; including the collecting and preserving of antique
and classic cameras, - images, - lenses, - accessories, - photographic
literature, and advertising. One of the main goals of the club is to
help and inform others who would like to know more about their
photographic heritage.
Our society meetings are the third Thursday of each month (September through June; except some April meetings are held the last Thursday due to Our Show Experience Weekend that falls on the last weekend of April in some years). We meet at the Des Moines Masonic Temple - 2208 S. 223rd St. Meeting starts at 7 PM with the doors opening at 6 PM for camera and story swaping. Refreshments are provided by our lovely secretary/treasurer, Shirley.

To Find out more about our Annual Photographic Show and Swap and our guest speaker -- click on the "Our Annual Show" in the left column. It has all the details of the show and additional contacts numbers and email addresses. Don't forget to stop in and enjoy our guest speaker at our Thursday night meeting just before our Show. Shirley will have a great spread of Goodies for all that attend. Hope to see all of you there this year.
